  Description:

I created the Chop Shop in the Quake 4 Radiant editor as part of an independent directed focus study project.  Completed in less than three months, the level uses Raven’s Quake 4 assets with a significant amount of original effects and scripted sequences.  The level began as a simple thought; what happens to the soldiers unfit for Stroggification?  I theorized that Stroggs stripped down soldiers' bodies for parts, in much the same way stolen vehicles are, thus the name The Chop Shop

In this map, the player infiltrates the Strogg facility through storage room located above the main lab.  The player must make his way to the science lab where Strogg scientists perform horrific experimentations on unwilling human subjects.  Here, two marines wait for rescue and join up with the player in the final assault through the disassembly room.
