This is a demo reel of levels that I have done during my stay at the Guildhall. There is an evacuation level showcased made from Doom 3 materials. I used various scripting throughout the level to create immersion for the player. The next part of the clip has Barnyard Chaos, which is my 2d game done in my first term of the Guildhall. In that game you collect all the chickens to win. After that there comes Interstellar which is a Quake 3 modification. Crush the opposing team with crushers and trap doors which are triggered from your side of the court. The power balls get launched onto either side of the court from the ball launcher in the center. Next is my focus study done in term 4 which uses extensive scripting with Sin script a scripting language in Heavy Metal Fakk 2 by Ritual Entertainment. Onto Machu Picchu a remake of the Incas. I take you through a journey of the Incas in this mod done in UnrealEd. I made extensive use of UnrealEd's terrain editor in this map, which is extremely versatile. I tinkered with there particle effects also and found they are powerful. Last but not least is Nicodemus our final project at the Guildhall where we used the Torque engine to bring it to life. I collaborated with artists, and programmers to bring the sword temple to fruition. I worked with other level designers on living level design documents. We wrote documents and they were revised many times. We worked extremely long hours to bring it to life, and I am proud of it. With all these accomplished projects I feel that I am extremely passionate about working in the game industry.
