Following the advice of one
of my professors, I distilled the design of Grimoire to a simple
focus statement: "Casting spells is fun." That sentence underpins
every design decision in the game. It also guides our visual style
- characters and environments are appealing, but not as saturated or
bright as magical effects. This screen shot is pre-Alpha. |
