Great Winter was a multidisciplinary team project consisting of artists, level designers and programmers. I was the student selected lead programmer on the project.

I was responsible for assigning and managing all programming tasks as well as coordinating with the Art and Level Design teams.

Responsible for implementing:
  • gameplay logic as part of a rune/altar powerup system
  • custom AI for enemy characters
  • "Draught of Life" health pickup
  • custom messages and sounds
  • various custom effects

Toybox Heroes Half Life 2 Project

Team Size : 15
Project Duration : 6 months

Toybox Heroes is a 15 person multidisciplinary team mod project. It is a fighting game influenced by games such as PowerStone and Super Smash Brothers Melee set from the six-inch perspective of toys and action figures.

I am the faculty selected lead programmer on the project.

Responsible for implementing:
  • gameplay logic as part of fighting game Round/Match system
  • block functionality, including custom input and playing custom animation
  • Lobby UI and functionality
