    Utilizing the Call of Duty engine, Sandstorm is a single player, first person, squad based shooter. I worked on all the events in the first level. Working with scripters from other teams to research the capabilities of the engine and best practices to use, I also had a hand in the events of the later levels.

    This project was the first full project in which I was primarily a scripter. Going in with knowledge of C++ and general programming concepts, Call of Duty's scripting language quickly became second nature to me.

    Sandstorm was developed by three level design teams, an art pool, and a single programmer (working in his spare time) over the course of four and a half months.
